PageCraft Digital collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, plan website projects, provide services, and operate this website. Personal information is not sold.

1. Who is responsible for your information

PageCraft Digital is a freelance website design and development service based in Cebu City, Philippines. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@pagecraftdigital.com.

2. Information that may be collected

Information may be collected when you submit a contact form, send an email, use WhatsApp, or book a meeting. This may include:

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data through the general inquiry form.

3. How information is used

4. Legal reasons for processing

Depending on the situation, information may be processed because you requested information or asked PageCraft Digital to take steps before entering a contract, because processing is needed to perform a client agreement, because you gave consent, because there is a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights, or because processing is required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current website may use essential technologies required for hosting, security, forms, and basic functionality. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media, or other non-essential tracking tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are activated.
Third-party services reached through external links—such as Cal.com, WhatsApp, social networks, or embedded content—may collect information under their own privacy policies.

6. Service providers and information sharing

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, email, forms, appointment booking, cloud storage, security, analytics, accounting, or project delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate fraud or security threats, or as part of a business transfer. PageCraft Digital does not sell personal information.

7. International data transfers

Some service providers may store or process data outside the Philippines. When this occurs, reasonable steps are taken to use reputable providers and appropriate protections consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.

8. How long information is kept

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. General inquiries that do not become client projects are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Client records may be retained longer when needed for contracts, support history, accounting, or legal requirements.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or blocking, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. You may also ask how your information has been used or shared.

To make a request, email hello@pagecraftdigital.com. Reasonable steps may be required to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another applicable data-protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.

10. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Children’s privacy

This website and its services are intended for business owners and adults. PageCraft Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the general inquiry form.

12. External links

This website may link to client websites, social platforms, booking tools, or other third-party services. PageCraft Digital is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, services, tools, or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top of this page will show when the latest update was made.
